Geographically, we started in Telangana (Hyderabad) and have since expanded into Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and Madhya Pradesh.
By August 2025, we aim to be present in every transact-able corner of India, supported by at least 500 regional partners and 1 lakh verified lands. Our platform will also remain free for all buyers and sellers.
The World?
Why not? The nature and intensity of the problem, along with the challenges faced by stakeholders, are strikingly similar across geographies. It's inherent to the very nature of the asset itself. So, once we achieve enough traction in India, there's no reason not to expand globally.
Only Land?
For now, yes only land, and all land. We don't want to solve too many problems at once. But later, we'll definitely expand to all property.
But it's not just about verified listings. Each industry is fundamentally different from others, and often, the nature of an industry is more consistent across geographies than within a single geography.
We want to solve the land problem completely. We are heavy transactors facilitating numerous transactions across regions, both rural and urban. We buy land ourselves, and we sell it too.
A transaction is at the heart of any market. We always aim to stay as close to the transaction as possible.
That's the only way to truly understand the market.
So yes, we are more of a transactions platform than just another listing platform.
